A multi purpose skincare makeup hybrid? Well, sign me up! when I saw Kaja Dewy Bar multi stick at stylekorean Beauty Hype box I couldn’t be happier! kaja has a new line just released called dewy melting balm, and I got one color – Kaja cranberry cooler, and for today post I will be reviewing this multi-stick balm. So, let’s see how this lips and cheeks balm perform.
What is it?
Kaja: Dewy Cheek & Lip Multi Balm is a Korean tinted lip and cheek balms with nourishing buttery formula that melts into skin and add touch of color, it is also buildable and leaves a dewy finish perfect for that glass skin look. Available in six buildable shades.

The Scent
Dewy Cheek & Lip Multi Balm has a bright, clean and slightly fruity scent.
The Texture
This multi-purpose balms have a buildable sheer texture. They start off quite sheer and glossy with a slick and lightly balmy texture.
The Packaging?
Kaja always nails it with a sophisticated and cute packaging! It would be perfect for traveling or just sticking it in your purse or pocket because of its convenient shape. The twist feature is great and ensures that the balm is secure in the packaging.
The Shades
Cranberry cooler is a healthy rosy medium brown shade.
How to use?
Remove cap and twist product up, swipe on your cheeks and gently blend. For your lips you can do the same, but I found fingertips worked well for both methods.

Overall Thoughts
I want products that are kind to my skin and contain nourishing ingredients. Who doesn’t? Luckily, that is what kaja collection is all about!
These cheek and lips balm currently come in six shades, which span a nice range from berry pink to dusty rose, which is fruit inspired shades that suit every skin tone. I never get to choose the shades,fortunately, Cranberry cooler suit my personal skin tone very well. The shade is a healthy rosy medium shade. I wouldn’t consider these shades ‘’deep red’’ as cranberry is, but it’s more of rosy brown? It applies much rosier on the lips and cheeks but it has a neutral undertone that makes it versatile for a variety of skin tones. This shades will suit fair and tan skin tones.
These multi-purpose balms have a buildable sheer texture. They start off quite sheer and glossy with slick and lightly balmy texture. It doesn’t feel sticky at all, it just has a slick balm texture, which I greatly appreciate because a sticky texture can be annoying when you’re wearing this blush daily or even for a prolonged period of time.
On the cheeks, this product looks fresh, dewy and natural as it claims. It gives the skin a flush-from-within look like your skin is naturally blushing! If left untouched you will find this formula wears for 3-4 hours depending on the shade you chose, how much applied, and of course you have to consider other factors and depends on your skin type.
When applied to lips, this formula gives the lips a nice and decent amount of shine, really looks natural and fresh on the lips, very comfortable and very hydrating. But like most balms and lip glosses it comes off while eating and drinking so you should expect to reapply throughout the day.
In general, I’m pretty happy with how this perform on my cheeks and my lips. I find most multipurpose products don’t perform well for all purposes as they claim to. But this one definitely lives up to being a versatile product for lips and cheek.
If you’re seeking a sophisticated touch of color blended seamlessly into a hydrating formula, this “multi-purpose” balm is a definite recommendation.
